Waiting List Information
Our first deliveries start in Dubai. If you live in another emirate, we will add your details to a waiting list so we can contact you when deliveries reach your area. We keep waiting list details only for this purpose, and for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Pet Information
To personalise your membership experience, we may collect information about your companion, including:

Paws-port and Activity Information

10. Cookies and Website Technologies
When you first visit our website, a cookie banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Essential cookies, which the site needs to work, are always on. We only switch on analytics if you choose “Accept All” or enable analytics in Preferences. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings, or through your browser settings.
If you accept, we use PostHog, a product analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our site: which pages are viewed, whether the Join button and form are used, and how many people complete sign-up. PostHog stores this data on servers in the European Union. It records technical information such as your browser, device type and pages visited. It does not receive your name, email address, phone number or delivery address.
If you arrive from a link in a social media post or an advert, the link may carry campaign tags (for example utm_source or fbclid). We keep these for your visit so we can see which posts and adverts bring in members. If you have accepted analytics, we use them in our analytics reports. If you join, the campaign tags from your visit are saved with your sign-up so we know how you found us.
If you decline, we do not run analytics, and the site still works as normal.
